Risk Free Booking Policy

If we need to reschedule an event, we will automatically transfer your ticket to the new dates. If that isn't suitable, we can either offer you a credit voucher for anyone in your company to attend an event of your/their choice or a full refund*

If you're interested in attending but you can't commit at the moment due to COVID-19, please let us know here and we'll be sure to contact you in the future.

*Full refunds are available for those customers booking from the 31st March and are only available for bookings made where this condition is specified. Please let us know within 7 days of an event being moved if you would like to take up this option. Hanson Wade reserves the right to return to standard terms and conditions at a later date.
